How to Dougie: http://bit.ly/DOUGIE This move should give the impression of being a smooth, curling motion. When you first learn it, it might look robotic, but after enough practice, it will become more fluid. Legs, Pelvis and Torso 1. Start with your knees and elbows bent. Roll your pelvis backward while straightening your legs, then lean your torso forward; this should be one smooth motion. 2. Let your torso and pelvis come back to a normal position, then bend your knees again, resetting the move. Continue practicing this move. Knees 1. Start with your legs apart at shoulder width, knees and feet pointing slightly outward. Lift up onto the balls of your feet while turning your knees and feet inward, then drop your feet back down to rest flat on the floor. 2. To reset, open your knees and feet again. Continue practicing this move. The Full Move 1. To combine the knees with the legs, pelvis and torso, start with your knees and elbows bent, pelvis rolled backward, torso sticking forward, feet and knees pointing inward. As you go up on the balls of your feet, straighten your legs and let your pelvis and torso come back to a normal position. When you come back down, land with your feet and knees pointing outward. 2. Go back up on the balls of your feet, straightening your legs while rolling your pelvis backward and your torso forward. Land with your feet and knees pointing inward, knees bent.
