And I got burned out, and I came back to the States wondering what to do and I thought, I was gonna become a landscape photographer. I loved being out of Marine Park, I just feel like you're ready to be a part of what's happening out here in the natural world. I oftentimes, I'm in location half an hour before sunrise getting my composition dialed in, and then trying to get my focus set before that first light appears. Using this lens, it quickly locked focus for me even in the dark. And so, once that Sun hits I can push the shutter button and get exactly the image I'm after. So, one of the nice things about this lens is that it has vibration compensation, and it is the highest vibration compensation in its class. It allows you to easily pick up the camera and shoot even when you might not normally be comfortable shooting handheld. Tamron has implemented a new coating here that reduces lens flare. And so while we were out in horseshoe Park this morning, we saw this crooked tree on its own in the meadow and I was able to capture a nice Sun star without any lens flare at all. When I first started, I had no money, I had nothing and so I had a cheap Nikon Coolpix a little tiny one. Today I'm doing much larger prints and so I need the very best.
