HOW TO TRAIN CALISTHENICS SKILLS - CALISTHENICS FOR BEGINNERS. This video shows how I train my statics (front levers, back levers, planches etc.) The main idea is to grease the groove. It's all about daily repetition. The more you practice the more neurological pathways you build. Try 3-4 sets spread out throughout the day. go to failure on each set and rest 3-5mins in between sets. Do this 5-6 times a week. You can train like this more frequently as its not as taxing on the body.
