How to Dougie: http://bit.ly/DOUGIE Instructions 1. Start off standing up straight with your feet together. Raise both arms so that they are at your shoulder level, but bend the elbows at a 90 degree angle so your forearms are pointing straight in front of you.  2. Straighten your elbows so that both arms extend out to the sides. Bend the elbows again at a 90 degree angle so the forearms return to the front. 3. Rotate the arms so that the forearms are now straight above the elbows and point upwards. Lower the right forearm so it dangles beneath the elbow. Then lower the left forearm to do the same. Drop both arms down to your sides.  4. Bring both your hands together in front of you and straighten your arms. At the same time, spread your feet apart and push your legs out. 5. Bring your feet together by stepping your left foot over to your right foot. During this, move your right arm over to be straight at your side and bend your left elbow so the arm lies across your chest. Now, pop your right arm up by raising it to shoulder level and bending the elbow at 90 degrees. 6. Cross your right arm and extend it straight out to the left side. Turn your body to the left to follow the arm. Bring the right arm straight down and behind you while you step the right foot forward. 7. Finally, bring the right arm back up to shoulder level and bend the elbow across the chest. Your left arm should be straight down.  From this position, you can move on to another dance move or repeat the steps from the beginning.
