Almost thinking about postponing the workout, but will see how I feel after my green tea and breakfast. Breakfast I didn't eat as light as I have in the past prior to a workout, but it was still a smaller meal than normal. 1. 6 egg whites with chunk ham 2. 1 cup old fashioned oatmeal 3. 1 cup pineapple chunks 4. giant glass of skim milk 5. 1 English muffin with light butter and jam 6. green tea Calories 866.5, Protein 57.1g (26%), Carbs 137.1g (63%), Fats 14.95g (16%) Workout Great workout today. We saw gains in both strength and reps by a large margin. We had add one more day of rest in between this workout and our last workout (workout 6) for a total of 5 days off between workouts. The results were so good I feel like we should take add another off day in between our workouts. 1. Dumbbell Laterals: 30lb dumbbells 6 reps failure on the 7th 2. Rear Laterals on the reverse pec deck: 120 lbs 7 reps failure on the 8th SUPERSET 3. Palms up pulldowns: 170lbs 7 reps failure on the 8th 4. Triceps pressdowns: 90 lbs 6 reps failure on the 7th 5. Dips: Body Weight plus 25 lbs 4 reps failure on the 5th SUPERSET Here is the Abbreviated workout.
