So fluffy and easy to make, this recipe is a must-try!INGREDIENTS 60ml (4 tbsp) fresh milk 4 large eggs (55 g each) 65g (5 tbsp) sugar 10g (1 tbsp) instant yeast 500g (4 cups) flour for all purposes 5 g of salt 170g (0.7 cup) butter   For coating: 1 egg yolk, 1 tablespoon milk   METHOD In a large bowl, pour the milk, add the eggs, sugar and yeast, mix well to combine all the ingredients. Then add 120 g of flour, to begin with, whisk the flour with the other ingredients, then add the rest of the flour and knead a soft dough. Add the pieces of softened butter, knead the dough with the butter, then knead it on a floured work surface. Leave the dough to stand for 1 hour. Then mix the dough and leave it in the fridge for 10 hours. Divide the dough into three parts, knit a braid. Place the braid in a mold lined with butter and leave it on the side for 3 hours. Coat the bread with a mixture of egg and milk.
