Yema Balls Recipe Ingredients 1 Big Can (300ml) Condensed Milk 3 Egg Yolks 1/2 Tbsp cooking oil or Butter 4 pcs Happy Peanut (3 tbsp), crushed Procedure 1. In a pan add cooking oil and condensed milk. Stir for 2 minutes over low heat. Add egg yolks. Stir for 3 minutes. Then add crushed peanuts. Stir for 20 minutes or until the mixture reduced. Turn off the heat and remove from stove. Transfer mixture to a lightly grease bowl. Let it cool. Scoop a teaspoon of the mixture and roll intoa ball. Then coat in sugar. Place in cupcake liner or a clean and clear glass jar. Yields: 34 pieces Enjoy!
