The Gio website is now called GVA Brands, were you can still buy parts for this bike (or ebay, which is usually cheaper). Hope it helps! Also remember that Gio Bikes have much harder suspension than name-brand bikes, and you need to tighten the bolts more frequently after EVERY ride or they will start to fall off.
