Directions Baked Turkey Wings Ingredients: ~ Turkey Wings ~ Campbell's cream of chicken soup ~ Seasoning salt (use seasonings that say not MSG) ~ Adobo seasoning ~ Lemon pepper ~ Poultry Seasoning ~ Onion powder ~ Garlic powder ~ Tony Chachere's creole seasoning ~ Lipton's Onion Soup mix ~ Minced garlic ~ Butter ~ Canola oil Directions: 1st preheat oven to 425 degrees drizzle a little canola oil and mix chicken to coat all pieces, then sprinkle in all dry seasons, including the lipton soup mix and toss until all pieces are coated very well. (option: you can cover this and sit it in the refrigerator and let marinade for a few hours or overnight). Then add cream of chicken soup, minced garlic. (The butter is optional). Also add a little bit of chicken broth to the bottom of the baking dish. Cover and let cook for 45 minutes Check turkey and turn them and let cook for another 45 minutes. The turkey will be done when it is nice and tender, use fork to pull away from the bone, if pulled away easily, it is done! Rice used was Zatarain's yellow rice, follow direction on the box, (demonstration of preparation was performed in this video). A large can of green beans was used in this video but you can buy the size needed for your family. (Drain and rinse) Cover green beans with water, add butter, olive oil, lemon pepper, lipton onion soup mix, seasoning salt, onion and garlic powder. Bring to a boll and then cover and cook on medium for 30 minutes. Canned cream corn and regular can corn was used. Do not drain the creamed corn but drain the whole kernel corn, add butter, seasoning salt, onion and garlic powder. (This can be baked in the oven, which is preferred, but if you use the stove top, cook on low, if not the corn will burn). Cook on low, stirring occasionally for approx. 30-45 minutes. This dish came out soooo good! Especially the turkey!!! The tukey was absolutely delicious!!!! Thanks for watching! Enjoy!!!! takeittothetable@hotmail.com
