Dr Fabri Blacklock is an academic, artist, historian and educator at UNSW Art & Design, who is passionate about improving equity in education for Aboriginal people. Her research interests include Aboriginal art and the revival and teaching of NSW Aboriginal women’s artistic practices like possum skin cloak making and weaving, recording oral histories, and embedding Aboriginal research methodologies, pedagogies and perspectives into mainstream education.
