Light and crunchy fritters: ready in few minutes!

This method is genius!INGREDIENTS 170g (1 ¼ cup) flour 150ml (2/3 cup) milk 120ml (1/2 cup) water 1 egg yolk 15ml (1 tbsp) white vinegar 3g (1/2 tsp) dry yeast 10g (1 tbsp) sesame seeds 3g (1/2 tsp) salt 1g (1/2 tsp) fennel powder 1g (1/2 tsp) anise powder 80ml (1/3 cup) vegetable oil (for frying)   For decoration: Powdered sugar   METHOD Add flour, sesame seeds, fennel, anise, salt, egg yolk, yeast and vinegar into a bowl. Pour in water and milk and whisk until combined.Add oil into a frying pan and heat over medium-high heat. Pour some batter into a plate. Dip a metal spatula in the heated oil, drain fat and then dip the bottom of the spatula in the prepared batter and return back into the oil. Wait a few seconds and take the spatula out. Fry 3-4 fritters at the same time for approximately 2-3 minutes on both sides or until golden. Arrange fritters on a paper towel to drain any excess fat.Continue with the remaining batter.
