Two of My Favorite Nautilus Machines

Here you see me using two excellent Nautilus machines. Both machines intensely work out major muscles, even if your biceps and triceps are tired from prior exercise, simply because these machines do not require the use of those arm muscles. The Super Pullover works the latissimus dorsi and smaller upper back muscles, as well as abdominal muscles. The 10-degree Chest works primarily the pectoralis major. Chest exercises where you bring the arms to meet in front of you, but with the arms extended, hurt my aging shoulder joints. The motion of the 10-degree Chest machine is not so taxing on the shoulder joints.
