In this travel vlog, I'm in Lutherstadt Wittenberg, Germany (the birthplace of the Reformation!) but everything on my Europe trip seems to be going WRONG. Here's what's really been happening the last three weeks. Also, don't let my smiling throughout the video fool you - I was seriously unhappy and worn down at this moment in time. As I was editing, it really struck me how inclined I seem to be to smile no matter what, even when I'm describing inconveniences, disappointments, mistakes, etc. What does that say about how society has trained me as a female (i.e. always be smiling)? That's just a side note and definitely not the point of the video but YIKES. Anyway, if you take the time to watch to the whole video, we eventually move from a breakdown of everything that has been going wrong to an important lesson learned (do you ever numb as a coping mechanism as well?) and a sign from the universe about following your dreams.
