An especially smooth, creamy chocolate frosting recipe that's not too sweet and makes extra deep, silky swirls! Use it for any type of cake, cupcakes or sandwich it between your favorite cookies. Check out my recipes and paintings here! http://icookandpaint.com/ Extra Creamy Chocolate Frosting 2/3 cup cocoa powder 2-3 cups icing sugar 1/2 cup melted butter 1/3 cup milk 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla Combine cocoa powder and icing sugar in a mixing bowl. Stir so it's well combined, then on low speed slowly add in melted butter and milk. Beat until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides of bowl often, about 2 minutes. Add in salt and vanilla, and beat another 30 seconds. Makes enough to fill and frost two 8" layers or 24 cupcakes.
