New England FIber Optics Council at the MIT Center for Integrated Photonic Systems (CIPS) on the MIT campus. This is video of the tour featuring an overview of the Center's activities. CIPS is a collaborative research activity focused on exploring the technology and systems applications of integrated photonics. CIPS involves 25 faculty, and affiliated students and staff, as well as corporate members of the Gateway Consortium. The tour includes highlight facilities and research in III-V semiconductor epitaxy and nanodeposition, nanolithography and fabrication, and ultrafast optics.
