Pumpkin ribbons: the best fried brioche ever!



INGREDIENTS 400g boiled pumpkin 30ml (0.15 cup) oil 1 egg 2 tbsp sugar 1 tsp salt 950g (7.6 cups) flour (all purpose) 10g dry yeast   METHOD Boil the pumpkin. Mash. Add oil, egg, sugar, salt, yeast and flour. Knead the dough. Let rise for 30 minutes. Divide the dough into portions and form into balls. Form a flower from each ball. Deep-fry.
