In this tutorial, I will show you How to Remove the Search Bar in Windows 10. By default, Microsoft has a search bar at the bottom-left of your screen, next to the Windows Start button on your Taskbar. If you don’t use the Search Bar a lot, it can be annoying to have it on your taskbar while occupying valuable real estate. The alternative is to have a Search Icon instead, but if you don’t won’t the Search Bar at all, you can hide it from the Taskbar. Essentially, if you right-click on the Taskbar, you will see a contextual menu with an option called Search. If you click on the Search option, you will have three choices: (1) to hide the search bar; (2) to replace the Search Bar with a Search Icon; and (3) reinstate the Search Bar.
