This is a teaser for the third lab for the CS235: Applied Robot Design for Non-Robot-Designers at Stanford University. In this lab, students will construct a cable-driven, rigid-linkage remote-center-of-motion mechanism with passive gravity compensation (counterbalancing). Students will design all of these parts in Solidworks, laser-cut the parts, and finally assemble the working prototype. www.reubotics.com
