Oven roasted potatoes and onions are delightfully crispy and so very tasty. It’s an easy recipe, too: the oven does all the work!INGREDIENTS • Muffin tray • Red potatoes • Garlic • Rosemary • Salt and pepper • Oregano • Olive oil   METHOD Cut each potato into 4 segments. Place 4 segments in each hole of the muffin tray. Put a clove of garlic in the middle of each potato center. Add olive oil, oregano, rosemary, salt and pepper.
