This system uses an Atlas Copco MicroTorque screwdriver which is tied to a PLC. Once the operator activates the system through the use of a foot pedal the actuator moves the screwdriver into position and begins the tightening process. All feedback is provided through the tool controllers display and also through a light tower at the top of the unit.
