The balance of power indicator or BOP has the properties of any other oscillator. In simple terms, it oscillates above or below the zero line but still is considered as an indicator. The indicator determines the market strength of total buyers against that of total sellers. The basic strategy is quite straight, once the balance of power indicator moves above zero line take a buy. And, if the BOP moves below the zero line, take a sell. But for obvious reason, this strategy alone is not sufficient for making reasonable profits.
