A delicious and fluffy cake ready in a few and simple steps! INGREDIENTS 1 egg 3 egg yolks 30g oil 50g pumpkin puree 50g flour 3 egg whites 30g sugar   METHOD Prepare one whole egg and three egg yolks, add pumpkin puree, oil, and then combine these ingredients with a wire until you have a fine, creamy texture. Then prepare the egg white, gradually adding the sugar. Combine these two mixtures. Prepare a 16 cm round mold. Wrap it with baking paper and foil. Pour into the mold the mixture you previously prepared. then place in a pot and add water.
