Although this canoe trip can be completed in a day or two, I took four days to go out and explore this area of Kawartha Highlands Provincial Park. This was the first time visiting Kawartha Highlands, a provincial park located north of Toronto, in Ontario Canada. If you haven't already watched it, you can see day one of the trip here: https://youtu.be/RkWYxe-dIrA Kawartha Highlands is the largest provincial park south of Algonquin Park and offers a unique backcountry camping experience. In this video I paddle from Rathbun Lake to Copper Lake. Along the way I traverse two portages, check out a nice waterfall, cook on the open fire, try my luck fishing, film a very nice sunset and share it with a beaver who came to visit my camp. I hope you enjoy this backcountry camping (trip-report style) video of my solo canoe trip of the Serpentine Loop in Kawartha Highlands Wilderness Park. If you do, please give it the thumbs up and leave a comment.
