Ingredients For masala - Potato - 2 small French beans - few Carrot - 1 Onion - 1 small Curry leaves - few Coriander leaves - few Capsicum/ bell pepper - 1/2 Ginger - 1/2 inch Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp Ural dal - 1/2 tsp Channa dal - 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder - 1 tsp Coriander powder - 1 tsp Cumin powder - 1 tsp Asafoetida/ hing - 1/4 tsp Lemon/ lime - 1/2 For batter: Dosa batter - 1 cup Maida/ All purpose flour - 2 tbsp Oil - for frying Detailed steps: 1. Add oil to a pan and temper mustard, cumin, chana dal and urad dal, ginger, green chilies 2. Add the finely cut veggies with some salt, hing, turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and cook until they are well cooked (with some water) 3. Make sure the masala is dry and don’t add too much water while cooking 4. Once cooked add some lemon juice and coriander leaves and mix, stuffing is ready 5. Add maida/ flour to the dosa batter until it’s a thicker batter (quite thicker than Bajji consistency) 6. Add little more salt and hing to the batter if needed 7. Form balls with the stuffing, dip in the batter and fry in heated oil medium flame until golden brown Enjoy this yummy snack with your family and friends!
