Vishwakarma University and its students from SAP i360 Innovation Lab that way made a history on Saturday, 5th October 2019. Yes, it is the first time that students innovative ideas and projects were selected to be presented in a presigious ZEE Business SAP Dare to Dream Awards 2019 function. These awards are granted to the CEOs and who dared to dream big and made a dent in the business world through their path-breaking ideas. VU has collaborated with SAP for the i360 Innovation Lab wherein the students are provided platform to work on real-life problems of the industries. The students are mentored by SAP expert (Mr Neeraj Athalaye) and VU faculty members. The students are from diverse domains such as technology, artt& design, management. The total of 23 students presented 4 projects that provided potential innovative solutions to the unmet need of the industry. The forum was full packed with more than 150 CEOs and entrepreneurs. These innovative solutions were very well received and will be implemented soon in industries. The students worked on these projects for last 18 months under the guidance of Mr Neeraj Athalye and Prof Kailas Patil who is the director of the i360 lab at VU.
