U.S. President Donald Trump has welcomed the president of Guatemala to the White House, Tuesday, December 17. Jimmy Morales' visit to the White House comes after Guatemala in July signed a "safe third country" agreement with the United States meant to stem the flow of migrants from Central America seeking asylum at the U.S.-Mexico border.
