Reviewing the Oppo Find X3 Pro after a week of using it as my full-time phone, testing out that quad lens camera tech, gaming performance, battery life and other bits. This is one of the most expensive smartphones of 2021, starting at £1099 UK, but the Oppo Find X3 Pro is also one of the best I've tested. My unboxing video takes you on a full tour of the ColorOS software if you want a closer look, while this review expands on my original thoughts. First up, the camera smarts have to be applauded. Oppo has matched the excellent 50MP primary sensor with a 50MP Ultra-Wide lens using the same tech, both capable of capturing realistic 10-bit photo and video. You also have a 13MP telephoto camera lens and a gimmicky macro shooter that, yeah, it's admittedly cool. The Find X3 Pro's 6.7-inch AMOLED screen is a QHD stunner with dynamic 120Hz refresh, while the audio smarts are just as strong. As usual you have ColorOS 7.1, adding customisation and bonus features to Android 11. While gaming on Genshin Impact, PubG etc is a smooth experience thanks to the Snapdragon 888 power.
