This recipe is so luscious and fluffy. It's the perfect lemon cake full of lemon flavor. INGREDIENTS 4 egg yolks; 65g (1/3 cup) sugar; 1 tsp (5 g) vanilla sugar; 60ml (1/4 cup) water; 30ml (3 tbsp) lemon juice; 125g (1 cup) all-purpose four; 8g (1 1/2 tsp) baking powder; ½ tsp salt; 1 tsp lemon zest; 4 egg whites; 1 tsp lemon juice; 65g (1/3 cup) sugar; 395g (1 1/3 cup) condensed milk; 60ml (1/4 cup) lemon juice. METHOD Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Beat sugar with egg yolks and vanilla sugar until pale. Add water and lemon juice. Mix flour, salt and baking powder into the liquids. Beat egg whites with 1 tsp of lemon juice, add sugar until peaks form. Fold egg whites into the batter and pour into a squire 20x20 cm baking pan. Bake at 180C/350F for 35 minutes. Let cool down. Beat condensed milk with lemon juice until light.
