Eiji is king of the street in Osaka, so he decides to head to Tokyo for 3 months to find a serious challenge. But his Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution 5 is going to need more power to compete on the Wangan against the infamous "Devil Z" S30 Datsun 240Z and "Blackbird." After a short race against the RGO R33 Nissan Skyline GT-R demo car, Eiji gets a part-time job at Speed Factory RGO; which specializes in tuning cars, were he meets Rikako.
