If I could only have one report and dashboard chart to manage the sales pipeline it would be this one. It measures the sales pipeline (sales funnel) by Close Date and Opportunity Stage. If you get the data on this chart robust then the accuracy of your sales forecasts will improve exponentially. It gives visibility of the sales pipeline and sales performance in a way that enables managers to take action to ensure sales targets are achieved. The video includes step by step instructions on how to create both the underlying salesforce report and the dashboard component.
