In today's video I wanted to show you guys 5 forgotten bicep exercises that I've done on my last two arm workouts with Charles Glass. These were hand selected as my 5 favorite bicep exercises from the workouts because of the activation I felt during the training session. Many people will argue that you should keep your elbow locked in position when doing a bicep curl movement, but Charles has taught me a few outside the box tricks and one of them was raising your elbow on certain bicep exercises for increased activation in the bicep through the full range of motion.
