Ingredients: Rishda: 2 cups flour and 1 cup water Sauce: 1/2 - 1 kilo meat 7-8 onions 1 cup chick peas 2 1/2 - 3 spoons tomato paste 1 1/2 - 2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper and turmeric 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon samn and oil 1 1/2 litres water
