Carrot chocolate cake: a fluffy dessert to try!

So fluffy and creamy, every bite will melt in your mouth!INGREDIENTS 395g (1 1/4 cups) Condensed milk 60g (1/2 cup) Cocoa powder 22g (3 tbsp) Cornstarch 500ml (2 cups) Milk 200ml (3/4 cup) Heavy cream 280g Carrot 4 Eggs 180ml (3/4 cup) Seed oil 400g (2 cups) Sugar 450g (2 1/2 cups) Flour 14g (1 tbsp) Baking powder Oil and flour for greasing   For decoration 200g Melted chocolate 200ml (3/4 cup) Heavy cream   METHOD In a pot add condensed milk, cocoa powder, cornstarch and whisk. After some time add the milk and whisk again until it's combined well. Add the heavy cream and whisk all together. Let it cool. In a blender add carrot, oil, eggs and blend all together Add sugar and blend all again. In a bowl sift the flour, add the carrot mixture inside and mix all together. Add the baking powder and whisk again. Grease the pan with oil and flour and add the carrot mixture. Add the cocoa mixture on top and bake 180°С/360°F for 40 minutes. Melt the chocolate and combine well with the heavy cream.
