Fluffy like a cloud, this recipe is a must-try!INGREDIENTS 125ml (1/2 cup) Milk  125ml (1/2 cup) Kefir 10g (2 tsp) Dry yeast  Sugar – 30g (2 1/2 tbsp) 50g (3 1/2 tbsp) Butter  2 Eggs 4g (1 tsp) Salt  2g (1/2 tsp) Soda 550g (4 1/2 cups) Flour Sesame   METHOD In a bowl with milk put the yeast. Mix and let it activate. In a bowl add flour, sugar, salt, soda and mix. In a bowl with egg add butter. Mix and pour kefir. In a bowl with flour add yeast and egg mixture. Mix it all well. Knead this dough and leave it covered for about an hour. Divide the dough into 12 parts and make buns. Cover them and leave for 15 minutes. Spread each bun and roll it. Put the roll into a pan and cover them to rise. Cover with whisked egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame. Bake at 180C for 20 minutes.
