Puff pastry apricot pastries: a real treat everyone will love!

You need to get your hand on this!    INGREDIENTS 1 egg 4 tbsp sugar 1 tsp salt 120ml oil 250ml milk 550g flour 7g yeast Butter Apricot jam Tinned apricots   Pudding: 1/2ml milk 100g sugar 50g cornstarch 1 egg yolk Vanilla aroma   METHOD Pour milk into a bowl, add sugar, yeast, oil and mix. Add flour, salt, mix and add flour again. Knead, then place in a bowl with a little oil and let stand for 1 hour. Stretch with a roller until you get a large square. Spread melted butter throughout the dough. Roll the dough and cut into 2-cm pieces. Place the rolls face up on a baking sheet. Sink a glass in the center of each piece. Pour milk into a pot. Add sugar, a yolk, cornstarch, vanilla aroma and mix. Place cling film on top and let it cool. Fill each dough piece with the cream. Place an apricot face down on top of each roll. Brush the sides of the dough with beaten egg. Bake for 20 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF).
