Classifying Second Order Systems

Second order systems, with out any zeros, are considered. After defining damping ratio, damped natural frequency, and damping ratio, the system response is classified according based on the damping ratio. MATLAB is used to illustrate the step responses of two different second order systems followed by examples of extracting damping ratio and natural frequency from transfer functions.
