Recently, my laptop started giving me trouble with Premiere CC2017 and Mac OSX 10.11 Sierra. Preview files would generate fine but whenever I went to play the video, the player window would go black. This is incredibly frustrating when you're trying to edit a video but thankfully there's a super simple fix for this weird bug.
